You will be part of an international, dynamic and motivated team with colleagues based in Brussels, Madrid and many other different locations around Europe, Middle East and Africa. As Human Resources team, we take care of the people side of the business, working closely with key stakeholders on initiatives going from talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, talent engagement and retention. All this in a more and more digitalized way, supported by our HRIS system and Learning Management System, Workday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design learning resources, catalogues and engagement collateralsCurate learning content and contribute in monthly offer planningActively contribute in different L&D initiatives with the Learning and Development team members to meet business objectivesCoordinate and plan Radisson Academy’s training offeringsManage and administrate the Radisson Academy Online platform to offer all team members a seamless learning experienceCreate presentations for internal and external purposesConduct market research, competitive benchmarking and analyse market trends in new ways of approaching learningConduct external partner analysis and make recommendations on key providers like language training program, external content library
